King Soba Noodle Culture was founded in 1996 by Kim and Judy Kamlani, British food entrepreneurs who were eager to share the principles of healthy eating and sustainable agriculture as essential tools for good health, happiness and well-being.
This family-run business produces certified wheat and gluten-free foods that are in compliance with USDA/NOP, COR and EU organic standards. They are committed to sustainable agriculture working with Fairtrade to support small-scale organic farmers worldwide.
The King Soba team has traveled the world developing relationships with the farmers who have supplied them with a wide variety of certified Organic and Fairtrade ingredients for two decades. King Soba sources most of its Fairtrade ingredients from farms in Thailand. The buckwheat in their flavorful noodles comes from Mongolia.
